Choose Static or Dynamic Residential Addresses by Task
Address behavior follows the task. Static residential addresses preserve continuity for a limited authorized session; dynamic residential addresses create independent public-page samples that should be labeled separately.
Consider a static residential address when an authorized task needs the same session conditions for a limited review window. Continuity can remove address change as an extra variable while a team compares the same public page.
Consider dynamic residential addresses when each public regional check is meant to be an independent sample. Give every sample its own identifier, region, time, target, and result instead of presenting separate sessions as one continuous record.
Address mode is not a repair button. A wrong host, port, credential, bypass rule, or network service remains wrong after switching between static and dynamic residential addresses.
IPIPD product language here is limited to static residential addresses and dynamic residential addresses. Choose between continuity and independent sampling, not unverified promises about anonymity, acceptance, or outcomes.
Before choosing an address mode, confirm the active service, endpoint fields, authentication prompt, verification result, and rollback path all describe the same macOS test.
Static residential addresses serve continuity. Dynamic residential addresses serve independent fresh samples. Neither should be presented as a guarantee of results.
