1. Product Overview
IPIPD provides non-direct proxy IP services. The proxy service is not accessible directly from Mainland China. Before using, customers need to prepare a working overseas network environment for proxy configuration and usage.
2. Payment Methods
The specific payment methods supported by IPIPD are subject to the official website recharge page or order payment page display.

3. Billing Rules
Billing Cycle: IPIPD proxy IP products are purchased and renewed on a monthly basis
Resource Allocation: After placing an order, the system allocates corresponding proxy IP resources based on order information
Activation Time: Once the proxy IP is activated, the validity period is calculated according to the subscription cycle
Renewal Reminder: If you need to continue using the current IP, please renew in time before expiration
4. Renewal Rules
4.1 Renewal Timing Recommendation
To ensure service continuity, it is recommended to complete the renewal 1-2 days before the proxy IP expires, to avoid business impact caused by line expiration or resource recovery.
4.2 Renewal Reminder Feature
IPIPD supports users setting up renewal reminders in the backend. The system will send relevant notifications via the registered email address.
Important: The registered email must be correct and in long-term use. Renewal reminders, order notifications, and other important information will be sent via email.
4.3 Renewal Duration Calculation
Early renewal will not affect the current validity period. The renewal duration will be added cumulatively on top of the original expiration time.
5. Product Selection Recommendations
If you are unsure whether your business is more suitable for Residential Proxies or Broadcast Residential Proxies, it is recommended to start with a test.
Different businesses have varying requirements for the following aspects. It is recommended to select the appropriate product type based on actual test results:

Geographic attributes
Platform compatibility
Stability requirements
6. Refund and Replacement Policy
6.1 Initial Purchase Refund
To prevent proxy IP abuse, IPIPD proxy IP products are not eligible for refunds or replacements after ordering and allocation, in principle.
If you find the proxy IP is not suitable for your business scenario after purchase, it is recommended to contact online customer service first for troubleshooting and confirmation. If the issue is not with the IP itself, the platform does not support refunds or replacements.
6.2 Renewal Refund
Refunds are not supported after successful renewal.
If you need to continue using the current IP, simply renew before expiration. The renewal period will be added cumulatively to the original validity period and will not overwrite the remaining time.
6.3 Rational Consumption Tips
If you do not have clear business needs in the short term, it is not recommended to hoard or occupy IPs for extended periods.
In individual cases, due to upstream resource adjustments, line maintenance, or operator policy changes, IP resources may be subject to adjustment or recovery risks. Please purchase and renew reasonably based on your business cycle.
7. Exception Handling
7.1 Post-Order Exceptions
If you encounter issues such as proxy not working, information errors, or resource anomalies after ordering, please contact IPIPD online customer service within 24 hours.

After 24 hours: Resolution depends on actual circumstances
Note: If the issue is not an IP anomaly itself, but caused by overseas environment, configuration methods, business platform restrictions, or usage scenario mismatch, refunds or replacements are not supported.
7.2 Payment Not Received
After payment, the system may take some time to complete order verification and resource allocation. Please wait a moment and refresh the page to check.
If the order has not been processed for a long time or the order status is abnormal, please contact IPIPD online customer service and provide the following information for investigation:

Note: Please verify that the order amount matches the actual payment amount to avoid system inability to automatically process orders due to amount discrepancies.
